"Woke Gaming" named Outstanding Academic Title by Choice Reviews
"Woke Gaming: Digital Challenges to Oppression and Social Justice" edited by Dr. Kishonna Gray and Dr. David Leonard was named as an Outstanding Academic Title (OAT) by Choice Reviews. Every January Choice Magazine, a premiere review magazine for the Association of College & Research Libraries, a division of the American Library Association, publishes a list of the best scholarly titles reviewed by their magazine. The selection criteria includes overall excellence in presentation and scholarship, importance relative to other literature in the field, as well as distinction as a first treatment of a given subject in book or electronic form.
