About

Ritu Ghosh (she/her) is a doctoral candidate in Anthropology and a GWS concentrator. Her research interests lie at the intersection of reproductive health and justice, biopolitics, legality, and labor in the global South. Her dissertation focuses on how reproductive labor is legislated in India's neoliberal health economy, and the socioeconomic implications of such legislation on surrogacy workers in India.
